The wedding was just an example and there is no "list" they would go through. What they would prosecute would just be talking, not threats or talking of doing anything illegal - in the country they are going to be going to. It was also used to show that everyone involved in the wedding planning could be convicted, even if they had nothing to do with planning the fake crime.
So you don't think the feds would make a LIST of people who were around this wedding? Feel that noose ,Jr? Give you a little rope and you'd be dead in a week. And if that law passes, it wouldn't be a fake crime.
